The preliminary applications for both the Short-Term and Long-Term Exchanges for 2026-27 are now closed. Please check back in August/September 2026 for the 2027-28 Applications.

The deadline to submit an application and complete an interview with your local Rotary Clubs is November 17, 2025. Applications are closed for 2026-27 exchange year.

Long-Term Exchange Program (LTEP)
Students between the ages of 15 and 18 are eligible for a 1 year exchange to live abroad, attending school and living with 2 or more host families.
Family to Family
Short-Term Exchange Program
Students between the ages of 15 and 19 are eligible to apply for an exchange ranging between 3 weeks to 90 days (maximum) generally during the summer months. Participants will be partnered with a student from another country and experience a reciprocal family-to-family exchange.
Camps/Tours
Short-Term Exchange Program
Students between the ages of 14 and 18 are eligble to apply for a Short Term Exchange and enrol in a camp or tour program abroad.
